Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the terms and conditions for using all services (“Services”) provided by chacircle. Users are required to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Registration
Those who wish to use the Services must agree to these Terms and register through the method prescribed by the Company. The Company may refuse registration if it determines that the applicant:
- Has provided false information in the registration details
- Has previously violated these Terms
- Is otherwise deemed inappropriate for registration by the Company
3. Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in the following actions when using the Services:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions related to criminal activities
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the Company’s servers or network functions
- Actions that cause trouble to other users
4. Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may change the content of the Services or suspend provision of the Services without notice to users.
5. Content
User content belongs to users, but by using the Service, users grant the operator rights to such content for the operation, development, and improvement of the Service, including the right to:
- Use, copy, store, distribute, and transmit user content in accordance with service usage
- Monitor, modify, translate, and reformat user content
If content violates the operator’s terms of service, laws and regulations, or negatively impacts other users’ experience or interests, the operator reserves the right to delete such content at its discretion.
6. Compensation
Users may request compensation from the operator in cases of double billing, fraudulent credit card charges, or other particularly unfair charges. The operator will investigate and review such requests, and users must provide relevant information. If the request is deemed reasonable, the operator will compensate the user for the necessary amount. If insufficient evidence is provided, the request may be rejected or partially approved.
7. Withdrawal
User’s right to cancel
Users may terminate use of the Service at any time. To cancel, users can change settings from their profile page. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination. Deactivating an account restricts processing of personal information but does not terminate this contract.
Operator’s right to terminate
The operator may terminate accounts or restrict access for any reason, with or without notice, including:
- Violation of the operator’s terms
- Compliance with legal requirements or court orders
- Prevention of harm to users, the operator, other users, or third parties
After withdrawal, uploaded content will no longer be displayed to other users but will be retained on servers for a certain period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Information presented through the Service is for informational purposes only. The operator does not confirm that information is accurate, complete, or useful. Users rely on such information at their own risk. The operator is not liable for user actions or content (online or offline) related to the Service.
